Use Manage Billing from your account to cancel, downgrade, update payment details, or change plans. Stripe applies subscription changes under the billing terms shown in its portal.
Overages
Lukriton does not silently charge intake overages. When a plan limit is reached, intake pauses until the month resets or you upgrade.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, billing mistakes, or service issues. Network owner/provider/customer payments outside Lukriton are handled by those parties.
Legacy Smart Page tier
Existing OS Launch Smart Page subscribers keep their legacy entitlement. New self-service buyers should choose Free, Starter, Growth, or Pro.

How do I choose a plan?
Choose by monthly intake volume and routed-recipient capacity: Free Launch to test, Starter for a smaller network, Growth for more demand, or Pro for larger markets. Every plan can support a group network, creator network, reader network, member network, or organization workflow.
What counts as an intake?
One submitted request from your audience, group, readers, members, customers, residents, or visitors, captured through your website widget, hosted Lukriton page, QR code, profile link, group link, or direct link.
Are the website widget and hosted page included?
Yes. Both are included with every plan and share the same intake limit, routed-recipient capacity, routing rules, dashboard, transcription, translation, summary, and priority flag. Use whichever entry point fits where your audience already is.
Can I use a network without charging providers?
Yes. Group admins, creators, magazines, chambers, cities, BIDs, agencies, businesses, schools, and nonprofits can use routing without charging recipients. If you do set provider, advertiser, member, or partner terms, those are yours. Lukriton takes no commission on fees, jobs, leads, or network revenue.
What happens when I hit my intake limit?
Free Launch includes 10 total intakes. Paid tiers reset monthly. When the limit is reached, intake pauses until you upgrade or the month resets.
What happened to the older OS Launch Smart Page plan?
That 30-intake Smart Page starter tier is a legacy plan for existing subscribers only. New self-service checkout uses the public ladder here: Free Launch, Starter Network, Growth Network, and Pro Network.
Can Lukriton work before I have providers?
Yes. Lukriton can collect requests immediately in owner-routed mode even before your supply side is fully built. You can handle requests manually, invite recipients, approve providers or members, and turn on more automatic matching as the network grows. Multilingual intake and translation are included at no extra cost.
